Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and other global privacy regulations.

How We Use Cookies

We categorize cookies into the following types. You can manage your preferences using the "Manage Cookies" link in our footer.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled. They include:

• cookie_control_consent — Stores your cookie consent preference (localStorage)

Analytics Cookies

With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. These cookies collect information such as:

• Number of visitors and unique users
• Pages visited and navigation paths
• Time spent on the website
• Traffic sources and referrers
• Device and browser information
• Geographic location (country/region level)

Marketing Cookies

We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any marketing cookies are set.

Preference / Functionality Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalized experience. They include:

• modal_dismissed — Remembers if you've closed the subscribe popup (30 days)
• subscribed — Remembers that you've joined our mailing list, so we don't ask you again (1 year)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies or collect data:

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage our analytics and marketing tags, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic. With your consent, these services set the following cookies:

• _ga — Distinguishes unique users (2 years)
• _ga_<container-id> — Persists session state (2 years)
• _gid — Distinguishes users (24 hours)
• _gat — Throttles request rate (1 minute)
• _gac_<property-id> — Campaign-related information (90 days)

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2, which means:

• No tracking cookies are set until you provide consent
• If you deny consent, Google uses cookieless pings for basic measurement
• Your IP address is anonymized before being sent to Google

Web Fonts

Our typography uses fonts from the Google Fonts library, but the font files are downloaded at build time and served directly from our own domain. Your browser never contacts Google's font servers, so no IP address or request data is shared with Google for fonts, and no cookies are set.

Punchup (Show Listings & Ticket Checkout)

Show listings on this site come from Punchup, our ticketing provider. The listings are fetched when the site is built, so browsing them sets no Punchup cookies. When you choose to buy tickets, Punchup's checkout opens inside our page, served from events.tixologi.com. That checkout is operated by Punchup, not by us: it may set its own cookies, and the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and payment card) go directly to Punchup and its payment processor, Stripe. We never see your card details. After a successful purchase we receive only an order reference and, sometimes, the number of tickets.

Google Maps

Our home page and Contact page show the venue's location with an embedded Google Map. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. The map loads only on those pages and only when it scrolls into view; the rest of the site does not contact Google Maps.

Our website contains links to external sites, including our social media profiles and performers' Punchup pages. These sites have their own privacy policies and cookie practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
